Please ask your landlord to create a tenant account for you and attach it to a lease. After this is done, you will be able to log in. Also, please ensure your landlord used the correct email and phone number to create your account.
Tenants should contact their landlord to request changes to invoices or payment amounts.
Yes, tenants can download the mobile app from the App Store or Play Store. A web app is also available at tenant.mypropertywise.com. The landlord mobile app is currently in development, but landlords can use the full web app at landlord.mypropertywise.com.
Landlords and tenants can create maintenance requests to handle specific issues. Landlords also have access to tenant contact information and can reach out via WhatsApp or other messaging apps.
Yes, we use Stripe. Landlords need to set up their Stripe accounts, after which tenants will be notified about upcoming payments.
Landlords can access this via their Maintenance page. Tenants can use the 'Maintenance Requests' tab on their navbar to chat with our AI assistant, which will create the request for them.
Yes, your data is secure.
Landlords can create multiple units and add multiple tenants to them. However, a tenant cannot currently be added to multiple leases.
